"Cheltonians" buried in this Churchyard

Lieutenant Colonel Oliver Goldsmith, Special List, GSO2 Irish Censor Department, is buried in plot 37A in the churchyard.  

He died of illness on 12th February 1916, aged 53.

Lt Col Ievers is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial.

His parents, Captain Henry Rogers Ievers and Mrs Eliza Anderson Rehe Ievers, once resided at 4 Clarence Square, Cheltenham.  

He left a widow, Mrs Jane West Babbington Shaw Stewart Ievers who later resided at Coombe Lodge, Alcombe, Minehead, Devon.
