Major, DSO, MiD*.   Seconded to Tank Corps.   Died of illness in UK on 12th May 1919.   Buried in Prestbury (St Mary’s) Churchyard.   Aged 34.

 

INGRAM, Arthur Herbert

Lieutenant.   8th Battalion.   Killed in action in France on 6th September 1918.   Commemorated on Loos Memorial.   Aged 41.

 

IRELAND, James Balleny

Lieutenant.   12th Battalion.   Killed in action in France on 5th May 1917.   Commemorated on the Arras Memorial.   Aged 20.

 

IRVINE, Paget George

Captain.   1/6th Battalion.   Died of wounds in France on 26th November 1915.   Buried in Hebuterne Military Cemetery.   Aged 39.

 

IRWIN, Richard Nynian

Lieutenant.   9th Battalion.   Killed in action in Salonika on 6th March 1917.   Buried in Karasouli Military Cemetery.   Aged 19.
