Pte Frederick George HALE, 11th (Reserve) Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment, is buried in Plot 2675. He died of illness on 15th January 1916, aged 22, whilst training with the battalion at Seaford. He is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial, the Charlton Kings War Memorial and the Charlton Kings (St Mary's Church) War Memorial. His parents, Maurice and Matilda Hale, resided at 2 Brevel Terrace, Charlton Kings. |
