Cheltonians who lost their lives were: Capt Frank Brandt (HMS Monmouth), Pte Francis Cresswell RMLI (HMS Monmouth), AB Horace Gilbert, AB Thomas Hooper (HMS Good Hope), PO Reginald Pigott (HMS Monmouth), AB Frederick Surman (HMS Monmouth), Stoker Edward Turner (HMS Good Hope), Stoker Harry Turner (HMS Good Hope). |
